This has a most enticing aroma and we were not disappointed by the texture or flavour which is creamy and also nicely spicy. A very well balanced olive oil and we would happily take a bottle home today.
This oil has a lovely rich golden colour, and a great aroma. However, the flavour is slightly disappointing and lacking in the dimensions and complexity that we would expect.
Delightfully delicate, fresh aroma, gently fruity and rounded. The palate is lightly buttery, still preserving a sense of delicate appley fruit, with apple skin notes prominent. Bitterness is gentle but apt, the warmth on the finish firm but still in balance. A delightful arc of flavour, smooth and rounded, and a very versatile oil which we enjoyed sipping neat!
Glistening, bright, translucent oil with a rich colour. The oil has a smooth, rich texture. The flavour develops rapidly from buttery to vibrantly peppery. Grassy, fresh, lively aroma.

Golden and soft set, this honey delivers a sweet floral hit at the beginning which then turns slightly aniseed like at the end, tempering the sweetness. A simple flavour profile but overall a good honey.
Beautiful amber honey with a floral nose. Long flavour profile, delicately perfumed with floral notes and a clean finish. Mild and gently sweet.
Mid amber in colour with a complexity of aromatics which carry through all the way to the finish. Rich and viscous with syrupy qualities, lifted by top notes of pine and cedar resin and base notes of liquorice. Textured and appealing with a hint of crystallisation at the base of the jar.
A luxurious golden colour and a strong floral flavour which finishes with a slight but pleasant bitterness balancing the sweetness. A luscious consistency and memorable taste.
